About Us

We're the kids who spent Friday nights rolling dice instead of going to football games. The ones who memorized monster stats and spell components. The ones whose parents worried when they found our notebooks filled with maps of dungeons and sketches of dragons.
The 1980s shaped us. It was a time when fantasy wasn't mainstream - it was ours, hidden away in recreation rooms and garage game sessions. We traded dog-eared copies of modules like precious artifacts. We debated rules for hours. We created worlds limited only by imagination in an era that tried to label our passion as dangerous.
Those experiences formed the foundation of RPGdrop. Born from the conviction that tabletop roleplaying games aren't just entertainment but gateways to creativity, community, and self-expression.
Today, we celebrate both the classics that formed us and the innovative new voices reshaping the hobby. Our platform spotlights crowdfunding campaigns that capture that same lightning-in-a-bottle magic we felt when opening our first Monster Manual. We connect creators with the community that will bring their visions to life.
At RPGdrop, we're building a bridge between the dimly-lit basement sessions of yesterday and the bright future of tabletop gaming. We honor the artistic traditions of Trampier, Otus, and Elmore while embracing new storytellers who are expanding what roleplaying games can be.
Join us in celebrating this uniquely powerful medium - one character sheet, one campaign, one crowdfunding success at a time.
